By downloading, installing, or using TattooAI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
2. Service Description
TattooAI is an AI-powered tattoo design generation application that allows users to create custom tattoo designs using artificial intelligence technology.
3. Subscription Plans and Pricing
Available Plans:
- Weekly Plan: $4.99/week - 100 credits (3-day free trial)
- Monthly Plan: $17.99/month - 400 credits (3-day free trial)
- Yearly Plan: $39.99/year - 1000 credits (No free trial)
4. Free Trial Terms
Important Notice:
- Weekly and Monthly plans include a 3-day free trial period
- You will be charged automatically when the trial period ends unless you cancel
- Yearly plan does not include a free trial - payment is charged immediately
⚠️ Credit Policy for Cancelled Subscriptions
If you cancel during the free trial period, any unused credits will be removed from your account. This policy ensures fair usage of our service. Credits are only retained for active, paid subscriptions.
5. Subscription Terms
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings
- No refunds will be provided for unused portions of a subscription term
6. Credits System
- Credits are used to generate tattoo designs
- One credit equals one tattoo design generation
- Credits do not roll over to the next subscription period
- Credits cannot be transferred or refunded
- Unused credits from cancelled free trials will be removed
7. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the App only for lawful purposes
- Not create offensive, inappropriate, or harmful content
- Not attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App
- Not share your account with others
8. Intellectual Property
- Designs generated through the App are for personal use
- You retain rights to your input prompts
- Generated designs may be similar to other users' designs due to AI limitations
- We do not guarantee uniqueness of generated designs
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:
- The App will meet your specific requirements
- The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
- The quality or suitability of generated designs for actual tattoo use
- The safety or outcome of any tattoos based on our designs
10. Limitation of Liability
WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR:
- Any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App
- Any tattoo-related injuries, infections, or complications
- Dissatisfaction with tattoo results based on our designs
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Always consult with a professional tattoo artist and follow proper safety procedures. We are not responsible for any health issues or complications arising from tattoos based on our designs.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TattooAI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
13. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
