1. Definitions

• "App": The Image Converter mobile application available on iOS App Store
• "We", "Us", "Our": The developers of Image Converter
• "You", "User": The person or entity using the App
• "Content": Images, files, and other materials processed in the App
• "Premium Features": Features requiring paid subscription or purchase

2. Service Description

Image Converter is a mobile application that allows users to convert, resize, compress image files, and create PDFs. The App offers the following features:

• Convert between 15+ image formats (JPG, PNG, GIF, WebP, HEIC, RAW, etc.)
• Image resizing and scaling
• Image compression with quality control
• Create PDFs from multiple images
• Batch processing support
• Processing history tracking

3. License and Usage Rights

3.1 License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Use, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

3.2 Usage Restrictions

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Reverse engineering, extracting source code, or modifying the App
• Copying, distributing, or reselling the App
• Using the App for illegal or harmful purposes
• Processing copyrighted content without permission
• Attempting to bypass the App's security measures
• Accessing the App using automated tools
• Behavior that negatively affects other users' experience

4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1 App Ownership

The App and all its components (code, design, logo, icons, text content) are our property and protected by copyright laws.

4.2 User Content

You retain ownership of the images you process. The App does not upload or store your images on servers. All processing is performed on your device.

4.3 Feedback

We have the right to use any feedback, suggestions, or comments you provide about the App without any payment to you.

5. Premium Features and Payments

5.1 Subscription Model

• Weekly Subscription: 7 days of unlimited access
• Monthly Subscription: 30 days of unlimited access
• Annual Subscription: 365 days of unlimited access
• One-Time Purchase: 1 conversion credit

5.2 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. Renewal occurs at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

5.3 Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription anytime through iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

5.4 Refund Policy

All sales are subject to Apple App Store policies. Refunds are managed by Apple.

7. Disclaimer

7.1 Service Warranty

The App is provided "AS IS". We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

7.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

We reserve the right to terminate your access without notice if you violate these Terms.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

These Terms and Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and us.
