2. Description of Service

Habit Tracker is a mobile application designed to help you build and maintain positive habits. The app allows you to:

• Create and track daily habits
• View your progress and streaks
• Set reminders for your habits
• Sync your data across devices via iCloud
• Access premium features through subscription

3. User Accounts

Some features of the app may require you to create an account or sign in. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Habit Tracker offers premium features through subscription plans:

• Free Trial: New users may be eligible for a 7-day free trial of premium features.
• Subscription Plans: We offer weekly and yearly subscription options.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscription through your App Store account settings.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or its systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app

You retain ownership of the habits and data you create within the app. By using the app, you grant us permission to store and process your data as necessary to provide the service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The app will meet your specific requirements
• The app will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results from using the app will be accurate or reliable

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Obzena shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the app.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the app immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms of Use. Upon termination, your right to use the app will cease immediately.
