Welcome to AI Photo Generator ("App", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AI Photo Generator, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this App.

2. Use License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms of Use.

You may not:

• Modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information obtained from the App
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App
• Use any automated system to access the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

3. Account Registration

The App uses anonymous authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any data associated with your account.

4. AI-Generated Content

Our App uses artificial intelligence to generate and transform images. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may not always meet your expectations
• You are responsible for the images you upload to the App
• You must have the right to use any images you upload
• Generated images are provided "as is" without any warranties
• You retain ownership of your uploaded images and generated results

5. Subscription and Payment

AI Photo Generator offers subscription services through Apple's In-App Purchase system:

• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings
• No refunds for partial subscription periods
• Prices are subject to change with notice

6. User Content

You retain all rights to the photos you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process your images for the purpose of providing our AI photo generation services.

7. Prohibited Content

You may not upload, generate, or share content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or offensive
• Violates any intellectual property rights
• Contains nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit material
• Depicts violence or illegal activities
• Infringes on the privacy rights of others

8. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Obzena and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

10. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Obzena operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

The App may contain links to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party services.

16. Age Restrictions

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent.
