Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Erazze mobile application (the "App") operated by Obzena LLC ("we," "our," or "us").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Erazze is a background removal tool that allows users to:

• Remove backgrounds from images automatically
• Process multiple images in batch
• Export processed images in various formats
• Remove unwanted objects from images

3. User Accounts

Some features of the App may require you to create an account or sign in. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Premium Features

The App offers premium features through subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the subscription fee at the beginning of each billing period
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Price changes with reasonable notice

4.2 Free Trial

We may offer free trial periods. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged for the subscription.

4.3 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4.4 Refunds

All payments are processed through the Apple App Store. Refund requests must be directed to Apple according to their refund policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Process images that contain illegal content
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Create deepfakes or misleading manipulated media
• Process images without proper authorization or consent
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the App

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content

The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Obzena LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of all images you process through the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process your images solely for providing the service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy or completeness of results
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Security of data transmission

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OBZENA LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Damages exceeding the amount paid for the App in the past 12 months

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Obzena LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the App ceases immediately
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the App or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Sheridan County, Wyoming, except where prohibited by law.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Obzena LLC regarding the use of the App.
