By downloading, installing, or using the AI Video Generator application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our App.

2. Description of Service

AI Video Generator is a mobile application that allows users to create videos using artificial intelligence technology. The App offers both free and premium features, including:

• Text-to-video generation
• Image-to-video generation
• Various video styles and formats
• HD quality video output (Premium feature)
• Watermark-free videos (Premium feature)

3. User Account and Registration

The App uses anonymous authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

The App offers the following purchase options:

• Weekly Premium: Provides 10 video generation credits per week
• One-Time 100 Pack: Provides 100 video generation credits
• One-Time 200 Pack: Provides 200 video generation credits

All payments are processed through Apple's App Store. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

5. Usage Rights and Restrictions

You may use the videos created through our App for personal and commercial purposes. However, you must not:

• Create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Create content that infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights
• Use the App to generate misleading or deceptive content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the App
• Use automated systems or software to extract data from the App

6. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to the content you create using the App. By using the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

7. Privacy

Your use of our App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the App and informs users of our data collection practices.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OBZENA LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Obzena LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
